Daniel Sanchez earned his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Journalism from Texas A&M University-Commerce where he also served as an editor and staff member of the East Texan. Previously, Sanchez served as Editor-in-Chief on The Eagle and as a sports photographer for the Pittsburg Gazette.

Doc Anderson has been with The Eagle since last spring, serving as a staff writer until he moved up to the position of Managing Editor this semester. He is a Mass Communications major and favors writing opinion pieces and asking tough questions.

Skylar, otherwise called Clara, originally joined in the Spring of 2021 as a dual credit student. She is a Journalism major with a passion for photography, writing, and Marvel movies. She plans to become a photojournalist.

Jacquelyn Terrell is a Communications major at NTCC and has been a staff writer for The Eagle since Fall 2021. She loves sports and hopes to be a broadcaster for her favorite football team, _____.

Yanet Castro joined the staff last fall and is majoring in Communications. She is a huge music fanatic, photographer, and cat lover. She is an aspiring graduate of NTCC.

Abigail Barnard is a Journalism major with a love for writing. She also loves to read Western novels. She also runs a blog where she posts her original short stories, books, and poems; she also posts book reviews. Her greatest goal is to get her works published.

Alyce “MiMi” Leard joined the staff this semester with a goal to develop artistically. As a student returning to college after a long hiatus, she is pursuing her childhood dream of becoming an artist and a writer.
